Student data stays tied to the learning purpose.
Lumen collects student and parent contact details so mock scores, reports, video-review eligibility, and follow-up support can be connected to the right account.
We collect name, email, phone, grade, target country, application year, mock responses, scores, reports, reflections, and SAT Coach metadata.
We use this data for score reports, account continuity, mock access, support, and relevant Lumen or Videshway follow-up.
Payment data is handled by Razorpay. Lumen does not store card details in the browser.
Microsoft Clarity may be used for analytics and session recording so we can find friction in the funnel.
Students under 18 should use Lumen with parent or guardian consent. A guardian can contact us for correction or deletion.
Parents or students can request deletion or correction through WhatsApp or the Videshway/Lumen team.
